The recent graduates who have their degree, but still have yet to get any (or much) real-world experience in the financial industry, are often willing to take a smaller paycheck, especially if it comes with mentorship and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Amidst all the celebrations of the end of their college career, seniors who don’t have a job lined up are wondering how they’re going to pay the bills, especially once those student loan bills start coming in.

By spending time on and around college campuses, especially as the school year draws to a close, you can position yourself as the fairy godmother come to save them from starvation and homelessness, just in the nick of time.

 

Hang Out on Social Media

Social media isn’t just a great place to connect with prospective clients. It’s also a great place to find and connect with prospective employees.

This up-and-coming generation has grown up online, particularly with social media. They are used to doing everything on social media, from keeping in touch with friends and family, to looking up information, to shopping and job hunting.

That means, if you aren’t on social media, they probably don’t even know you exist.
